In the year 2034 the moon’s orbit fell off the elliptical path around earth, looming 10 percent closer than the “perigee” position of a super moon. Due to the broken orbit the gravitational field on earth became imbalanced and induced high air pressure on earth, impacting all living organisms. In particular the snakes took most of the impact as  under the consideration of high air pressure, their compressed tight fit skin caused them to have immense migraines and tension in their bodies. There upon bursting open and deforming their eggs creating mutated eggs.
Flustered by the change in gravitational field, people were slow to realize the deformities that this super moon had caused. One egg hatching after the other, the mutated snakes dispersed, attacking people lunatically. People screaming, skin ripping as the thirsty snakes hunted for human flesh.
One bite and the skin reacts, inflamed and lumpy. The snakes de-skin the human from the skeleton. Inhabiting the human sleeve and feeding off the flesh, the snakes poison allowed the skin and the snake to become one. Functioning like a inverted womb, the snakes reproduce and lay eggs inside. Growing, expanding and forming a human  integumentary nest.
